ALICE is heavy and bulky. It is also more durable than most lightweight equipment. You can hike/camp with under 30 lbs using ALICE packs. You don't need all the military gear weighing you down now.
It is a truck forum. These types of forums are dominated by guys. Don't let the weirdos make you feel weird. Just contribute and have fun. If it feels too much like a guys locker room then just say something.
It's a mild routine really. Usually not all are done in one routine. Lots of break in between sets too.
Normal routine would be:
run/walk
pull ups
push ups for 2X pull ups totals
bodyweight squats for 3X the pull ups totals
or burpees for 2X to 3X the pull ups in place of push ups/squats...
Keep all the paperwork where they said it's fine. Drive it like normal. If it breaks then take it back with the paperwork. If they refuse to make it right then call the regional manager. Escalate if needed but usually the regional manager or even just the treat to call them gets results.
The air flow changes. It raises the flow above the hood a little. Had a Chevy with a bug defelctor and you could see more rock chips on top half of windsheild than bottom half after the bug deflector was installed. Therefore the 5HP gain might be more.
Treadmill, pullup and dip station, resistance bands, floor.
Run, walk, pushups, pullups, burpees for most of the work.
Chinups, dips and bands for additional exercises and to target certain muscle groups.
