Double check your dealer actually ordered it from Ford Corporate, since you ordered before official release date 11/4, there might have been a "hold" on ordering it.

No TSBs won't show up in the Recalls section, since technically they are voluntary actions. If you're experiencing issues and your build date falls within the TSB, ask your dealer to perform it.
