I installed these lights from Amazon last night. Getting the OEM lights out was the hardest part. I used a small flat head screwdriver and some patience. I'll just echo what everyone else is saying, these make a huge difference.
I used to live in Salt Lake City. Being from Iowa, I made many trips through Wyoming and there was ALWAYS a storm between Cheyenne and Laramie, no matter what season.
I haven't watched the whole thing yet but it's nothing groundbreaking so far. Interesting? Sure. When something new comes along that's better, it makes something else obsolete. And when this happens, there are those who drag their feet and are left in the dust.
This oversimplification is so easy to debunk it's laughable. But it goes against the narrative that some are trying to push so they just put their head in the sand. Coal and NG power plants are both more efficient than IC engines in cars and trucks. So right there, you're reducing the amount of...
I have a really unique name so I just tell them I'm Tom. It saves me a lot of hassle. It seems like it's almost worse that I'm an average white guy from the middle of the US. The name plus that fact just makes people really short circuit.

I spent about 15 years in the service industry and I can say for sure that the staff at any restaurant is a good cross-section of society. The people working there are smart, dumb, young, old...

That would be tough to 3D print. It would have to be UV and temp resistant, which there are plastics that can handle those, but it also has to be secured so it doesn't vibrate out, and have an opening that would allow a key to turn. I'm not saying it can't be done but it'd be a lot of trial and...
Iowa used to be a coal production state but our coal has a lot of sulfur so they stopped mining it. We still have a lot of restoration projects every year because of all of the mines.
Is that a steel body or a kit? It looks amazing either way but I've been looking at Factory 5 kits over the past few years so I'm always curious.
The more I look at that, the better I like blue and chrome together. Just amazing.
I go through phases and a few years ago my goal was to collect an original, U.S.-made, 1968 Hot Wheel of each of the original 16. I finally did it by watching eBay and buying them one at a time. My only complaint is that the Camaro I bought was repainted by someone. If I had gotten an original...
