I've been debating how to mount mine. My compressor broke a bit so it would be good if I could mount it in a box that mounts to the truck. This video just gave me the idea. Now to plan on board air tank and hose plumbing..
You mean like the pine tree Forrest behind my house and all through the Rockies an hour drive west of me? We could trade, but it won't be different for either of us ?
If it's like Subaru buckets, they have a certain clearance in the bucket for startup and then a hydraulic lifter takes up the clearance once oil pressure is established.
Rough country. Bought from TDOT. It was the cheapest low profile I could find in Canada at the time. Doesn't open against the cab, but I haven't needed that extra fold. Also it would be easy to remove. Won't support a person
I'm fairly happy with the fox especially offroad. I don't want to increase the spring preload to lift more, I'm going to likely get UCA and then a little 1 inch spacer and adjust the struts to match. But tires definitely hides the rake. I'll likely keep. A bit of rake and get the OME rear springs.
As with many others I was looking at Tacoma's. Well actually it went like this: 1998 4runner RHD, 2005 4runner RHD, 2005 4runner LHD, 2000 Landcruiser RHD or LHD, 2012 Tacoma, new Tacoma, dodge RAM 1500, ford f150, new Tacoma, GMC Sierra, GMC Canyon, new Tacoma, gladiator, new ranger.

Pro tip: clean your rad and condenser very well after going offroad.
I was out today in 34°c (93.2°F) and noticed my AC struggling to keep up at idle. Then when on the highway, I was noticed my temp gauge start climbing. Took it into a car wash and found that even though it appeared clean...
Up in Alberta here,
34°c (93°F) today
37/38°c(98/100°f) Thursday.
Winter is -40°c/°f. So it's not great. But it is dry which helps. We just aren't use to it. We wear shorts with two feet of snow.
Edit: one place in BC was 47.5°c (117.5°f). Gross.
Just want to remind people NOT to use stop leak. It's absolutely terrible. Especially ones for coolant. It clogs passages and CAN cause more issues than the leak would. If you are really hurting for cash, sure. But really try to avoid using it if you can.
I should probably do a chalk test. I have M/T tires so I have to run a higher pressure for on road (38-40psi) and I run 15psi offroad. Don't go by the door sticker.
Disconnectable end links! Tried to find the original thread, but it seems it disappeared!
