I went down some hills in West Virginia in my truck at 5000 RPMs maybe for Like 10 seconds. I just applied the brake and rpm drops to4000 then 3000 . pulling a 3500 pound trailer

I change mine every 3000 and the filter every 6000 with OEM oil

I decided to go with livernois but I had to order a laptop with windows 10 to get the tunes. $600 for livernois and $160 for laptop. hope it’s worth it and doesn’t brick my ecu.
