Put it in sport mode and see if the leg is still there.

I think at this point I would pull the valve cover off and check the cam and cam followers.

Mine will do that sometimes, but I have found that if I put it in Sport mode at stops or when merging into traffic it helps a lot .Then when up to seep just put it back in drive.

Did you ask if it , the oil , had fuel in it? If so , you have another problem. Best to change the engine oil and then keep a weekly check on it to see if it begins to rise on the stick .
