  1. What did you do WITH your Ranger today?

Makes sense. Definitely appears it's not something that will go away anytime soon.
  2. What did you do WITH your Ranger today?

Yeah, I gave in too and got the shot. I have one employee out with COVID and we just had another who died yesterday from it. I figure all the Anthrax shots I received in the military and this COVID vaccine can fight it out.
  3. What did you do WITH your Ranger today?

You'd fit right in here in SoCal, right next to the walking ice cream guy and the tamale lady...Ice creeeam! Tamaleees! Ammooo!
  4. California 2021 Lariat Machined Wheels & Tires

Yeah...I'm slowly realizing that unfortunately. May be worth selling them individually.
  5. How much do you think this forum has cost you since you started seeing all the ‘mods’ you could do?

Like a newborn baby, you gotta do your duty as a responsible adult and prepare for that in advance :captain:...As for me, I showed up to the forum sick already. I can never leave any of my cars stock, so showing up here, I further infected the pool of folks just looking for advice:devil:
  6. What did you do WITH your Ranger today?

That's quality time right there. A sub and some tunes or even a good audio book.
  7. Undoing a Level-Can it be done?

A least you can retain that wicked cool hood scoop for all that horsepower
  8. Undoing a Level-Can it be done?

Agree with this. Albeit a level brings the nose up 2" or more, it really only increases the ride height by 1". I'd say leave the level alone and seek out a better alternative like the AMP powered steps. I'm considering them for my truck.
  9. Eibach vs FX4 rears. Please chime in with your experience.

Frankly, it's a night and day difference. The FX4 shocks seem to be geared for providing offroad capability without sacrificing a soft, very soft, ride. The downside to this is the "Ranger bounce" which I experience mainly when exiting my driveway and when turning corners that have dips. I have...
  10. 21 Cactus Grey Lariat

Thanks! appreciate it. I'm excited to get to the next steps.
  11. The Journey of Joi

Thanks! It's been fun to see it come together. As you know, it's an ever evolving thing haha.
  12. 21 Cactus Grey Lariat

Thanks! They are a set of 22x10 (-18) Moto Metal 970s with 285/45x22 Cooper AT3 4S tires. I wanted to go big but also didn't want to add more weight than I had to. The stock Lariat wheels/tires are 66 lbs. and my new setup is 80.5 lbs. The -18 offset is the sweet spot in my mind, with -24 being...
  13. 21 Cactus Grey Lariat

Oh! Didn't notice that small detail. My apologies...This is like the one time you decide it's safe to ask a woman when the baby's due, and yeah, not preggers. She just enjoys a drink or two at the local dive now and then
  14. Baja Designs pocket fogs which lense?

Absolutely. For off-road and desert running, BD has the reputation. Yep, you have to loosen the bumper to pull it far enough out to slide the crash bars out. The attached will help you with that effort. I have 32" tires and at a width of 11.5", there is just a slight rub on the rear felt at...
  15. 21 Cactus Grey Lariat

Lookin' good. My only suggestion would be to remove the free dealer advertisement.
  16. Baja Designs pocket fogs which lense?

There are some good comparison videos on YouTube that DD does on the subject of spread, colors, etc. I like that the videos are informative and objective without being biased. Coming from the car scene I went with DD since, like you with BD, I was used to their products. I found the Stage 3...
  17. The Journey of Joi

Thanks! Next best thing to powder coating which I didn’t want to fuss with.
  18. The Journey of Joi

Haha! It’s a habit that’s carried over from doing car shows with my 67 GTX (now sold). Yours all lined up now?
  19. Baja Designs pocket fogs which lense?

I was stubborn and put the truck up on ramps and accessed it from the bottom between the crash bar and bumper. It was tight! Which turned an easy install into a pain in the butt haha. I have a Lariat so I had to remove the air dam from both sides. I wouldn’t advise doing it this way if you’re...
  20. Canadian Overlander 2020 Ranger Lariat FX4

Oh damn. Yep, can understand, that would be an issue. I plan on doing mine, because you’re right, the tail lights are big. I’ve used Luxe LightWrap before and like their products https://lightwrap.com/pages/about-lightwrap. This time I’ll probably opt to have them coated. Although, I’m very...
