Coming from primarily manual transmission vehicles I have a distrust of the parking pawl on any significant grade in automatic transmissions. Having the ability to manually engage the brakes is a win in my book.
While I completely understand accidents and normal wear and tear I cannot abide assholes who think they need to slam their door into your vehicle. I've got a dent in the rear driver fender and deep scratch in the plastic fender and a smear of white paint...this was from a fellow Ford owner!
Unfortunately the BG is professional only. DIY I would recommend either SeaFoam SS14 or CRC 05319. Either of which you can get from pretty much any auto-parts store.

I'm glad others are running into this. I was just experimenting with this myself since my phone was still charging off of the 12v socket when I got back into the vehicle with it off. Was concerned that they were always live.
I guess the next question I have are the usb ports set up the same...
Uninformed opinion was they are for the wiring of the bed. Other then that I'm guessing they are mounting points for the drop in bed protection. Definitely do not use them for tie downs or you may get reverse dents.
Unfortunately my vehicles know I work at an auto parts store. I can mix the paint, it's just putting the paint on the vehicle that is the issue. I'm more then happy helping people get parts for their own vehicles, just working on my own is ...yeesh! LOL!
So, it finally happened. Wife was helping grab tools from the cab and she grabs a hold the the five pound hammer, asks me "Is there anything else?" and promptly drops the hammer onto the foot ledge making a nice dent. She looked at me horrified and I simply replied "At least that is over with...

Several people have stopped me before getting into work to talk about the Ranger. I've had a few taking pictures of the truck when I'm helping at local events. Not only am I getting comments about the truck but of the tonneau cover...
Debated doing a hard roll up or the cassette option on my own Ranger, felt the hard roll up offered more room in the bed and a bit of protection for the back glass with items in the back. Your tonneau looks pretty nice!
Ordered, wife has been bugging me about not having anything blue in the pickup so grabbed some Midnight Blue dash ornamentation as well as a forum logo...One of these days she'll realize I'm completely color blind and stop asking me to tell her what color stuff is...;)
