Well I planned to drive this in bad weather so it is what it is. The Ranger got me to my destination safely through many miles of sketchy roads. For that I am thankful.

My gut tells me that the Ranger would be way too heavy in the front end. I suspect that you would be better off with a 3.0TT swap.

Well they stopped taking orders for 2022 already, and they have been idling the plant for multiple weeks this summer. Sounds like the supply chain cannot support the volume Ford would build (and sell) if they could.

Interesting topic. After reading through this I did a walkaround of my new Ranger. All of the panels on my truck and the bed are aligned pretty well. Guess I got lucky.

I have about 1,800 miles on mine. I haven't yet taken it on a road trip. With mixed driving it says it's getting 18 - 19 mpg. When I do the math, the truck is reporting about 1 mpg higher than actual. So I'm not even getting the EPA rating yet but I do have a tendency to put my foot in it.
