Hey Brandon,
I have not installed the rear Eibach shocks yet but will be doing it sometime later this week. I basically installed the fronts twice so I need some time to recoup lol. Old man problems...
Several reasons:
Unsprung weight
Didn't want to change tire circumference
Edit: If I didn't care about fuel mileage, I would have gone bigger. But I have never found a clear answer that 265/70 would fit on a stock 2wd with +25 wheels.
Today, I finally got new tires, after 6+ months of financial setbacks. The OEM Bridgestones had 44,010 miles on them and were nearly to the wear indicators.
I bought RTX Offroad Slate wheels, 17x8 +25 back in October. I originally wanted to get some powdercoat done on them but the price of out...

Last night, I was installing the Eibach struts and upon disassembly, I discovered this:
I did not reinstall them on the new struts. I only reused the strut cap and bumper. Do I need these ?
The A/S/S not working is the first indication that your battery is failing. You can always switch the screen that tells you why A/S/S isnt operating. Could be inside temp, battery charging, tow mode, steering wheel angle.
I would not worry about the repair hole size because the insert is steel. It should actually be stronger after its done. McMC also sells the setting tools but you can get by with a hammer and pin punch, just ensure youre square on the key before whacking it with your little pecker. Also, make...
