  2. Key battery

I think we are seeing the lifespan of the key fob batteries. Did mine a while ago. Replaced mine at 2 years, 8 months. No message but it got to where i had to be much closer to the truck for it to work. New battery and everything is back to normal.
  3. F-150 LIGHTNING NIXED

And then there are the folks like me.. They can have my ICE when they pry it from my cold dead fingers. When the whole world goes electric I’ll be the real old guy sneaking out at 2am, dressed in black, stealing leftover dregs of gasoline wherever I can find it. Then taking it home and...
  4. HELP!! Drove thru a puddle of road paint 🤬

  7. Driveline “thunk” during hard acceleration

First, I have searched multiple times to find this specific topic and cannot. So when/if one of you fine folks post a link all I can do is apologize. I tried. Ok, here goes. 2023 Tremor. 47K miles. Owned since it had 3 miles or so. No issues, including the transmission. (Sorry to the other half...
  8. What did you do WITH your Ranger today?

Drove it! Only about 225 miles today. But I’ve got 400+ to do tomorrow! :like: Been a good work week. And driving the Ranger quite a few miles has only made it better. By the time I pull into the garage tomorrow afternoon I’ll have added about 1400 miles to the odometer since rolling out...

  12. What's Your Greatest Ford Ranger Adventure? šŸš™āœØ

You’ve got a beautiful country. I’ve been up there a gazillion times the past decade plus. Unfortunately 99% of that is working. And I don’t get to AB and/or BC near as much as I’d like. Love that area. Need to find a ā€œbusiness reasonā€ ;) to change that during my last couple of years before...
  13. What's Your Greatest Ford Ranger Adventure? šŸš™āœØ

It’ll have to wait until after I retire, but THAT is a trip I simply must make with my Ranger. Bit jelly here looking at those awesome pics. Glad you got to do it.

  15. Where’s your dog?

Weird. You’d think this issue would be consistent. My seat shows zilch. Guess I’m just receiving the payback for all that good clean living I do. :bandit:
  16. Dreaded DPFE Sensor fail @86K miles

86K miles ain’t bad. Many of us have had it fail much sooner. I recently changed mine out. Original only made it to @42K miles. About a 30 minute project. For someone with younger eyes it’d be 15-20 minutes. (Hard to get light in that spot without them blocking the light with your hand.) Glad...
  17. Share and Win a Gift Card! What’s the most annoying part of using your truck bed (day to day)?

2023 Tremor TN Ass end is a bit high. (Will we ever forget that thread?!🤣) When I get in and out of the bed I go from the side, using the tire as a step. Still a bit awkward but a whole lot better than via the tailgate. While I am 6’2ā€, I’m also not 35 anymore. In my younger years it’d...
  18. Where’s your dog?

Searched the forum and of course ran out to look at my truck. Zero issues thank goodness. In one of the discussions I found, a guy said he thought it was also related to where you kept your seat adjusted, closer to the wheel or farther back. I’m guessing he may be right. I keep my seat all the...
