Look at my build thread to see how I opened up the radiator cover to maximize the airflow if you manage to make it fit.

They can't factor in every aftermarket or home made mod to a grille. It's made to clear stock. I have the Raptor style grille with my own lights and have no issues. Too bad you're not able to use it.

Check the connection for the lock. My passenger window started to slow down but once I cleaned them it was OK again.

Don't know where you got that number from.

No timer on the seats. They stay on. I've had them on over night.

I just compressed them manually. It was a bit of a workout but not the worse thing I've done. Only use the zip ties for the shock body side. Just slipped the other end on inside the groove of the boot.
