I’ve used the Nite Ize Steelie for several years on our vehicles and boat. Thin metal plate sticks on back of phone. Magnet stays on the Steelie. Very easy to remove the components from phone or car with fishing line if need to move them to new phone or car. They also make a Steele on a little...
15 months already, but I can honestly say I smile every time I get in this truck. My 10th vehicle. I’ve enjoyed all of them, but not this much. Getting a lot of use out it, perfect fit for my do stuff life.
I’ve had one for a year. I keep a few small tools and bits in it, but rarely use it. I have two storage tubs in the bed that I use daily, kept in place with a cargo bar. On balance the swing box is worth it for me though.
No problems here. Updating Sync wasn’t on my radar. When I bought the truck last year I brought it close to the house to get it on our home wifi. but then it was parked too far from the house for months until a few weeks ago. I moved it close again while my wife was away on business. Pepper...
My Ranger threw an engine check light: Power train control system, evaporative emissions system, excess vacuum fuel tank while driving. I took it in for service. They said the FTP (Fuel Tank Pressure) sensor was dirty with undercoating oil, cleaned it off, reset the calibration and cleared the...
Got in the truck today and the screens were white, checked and realized this smart little truck had updated itself to 21020 while parked close to the house and on wifi I guess. Selected Sirius as I drove, Sirius updated itself then started to play. Plugged in the iPhone and CarPlay came up. All...
No wonder they vibrate -- so many angles. After all the work, mine has gone from distressing, to maybe I can live with it, to I'm quite happy with it. Seems within "normal" for a vehicle now.
Very happy with our 2019 XLT. Had trouble with takeoff shudder and failed rear end bearing early on, but the dealership was very responsive and helpful in tracking down and fixing the problem. We've had none of the other issues that some have reported. Great truck.
Yes it pops up on my truck often. With only me in it, and the same phone I’ve always had. Only happens shortly after startup, goes away with OK and stays off for that drive. iPhone not lugged into CarPlay, and the truck has already recognized the phone which works fine by Bluetooth.
