Where in MA are you? I've still been looking around at Line-X and Bullet and was going to schedule something soon, was planning to call for quotes at the different locations within an hour or two of Boston. You going to bullet liner of central MA? What was the quote? Let me know how it turns...
I know many will just go to the dealer they bought the truck from, but for those of you like me who bought from a dealer relatively far away from where you live, how did you choose which local dealer to do service and warranty work? Just pick the closest dealer, or did you go read reviews for...
Didn't look like you got your questions answered on this yet, not sure if you've bought it yet but I have this same device. It's absolutely perfect. I haven't even had to think about the autostop "feature" since I installed it the first week I bought my truck.
1. I'd say absolutely no chance...
In my daily driving, highway and city, I don't ever really think about or notice the noise. The ZR2 I test drove before buying the tremor was noticeably louder. Happy with these tires so far although like others have said rocks are pretty annoying. Gotta get some mudflaps soon too, probably the...
Same as me, the best color and configuration of any mid-size truck out there!
Also, have been looking at broncos and was looking at that same blue. Decided to wait a few years though once the early hype wears off and they're more available and they fix some of the first model year issues.
Keep in mind though that in this market you can certainly negotiate more for your trade in with the dealer than the Ford website says. I'd bring the carvana offer to the dealer and try to get them to match that, or come close enough to at least make it even when considering the sales tax...
I sold an suv to carmax earlier this year, they gave me the best price amongst the 4-5 different ones I tried. Can't speak specifically to carvana but I'd guess it's similar to my experience selling to carmax.
Filled in the online info accurately, brought it to the store for them to...
Tremor here, just under 1000 miles in and averaging about 20.5mpg. First 500 miles or so I babied it a bit but have been my usual aggressive self since then, probably a 70/30 highway/city mix. After the first 500 miles I reset one of my trips and have been about 21mpg since then... Very happy...
Seeing a lot of our friends up North with Tremors here... Is the Tremor marketed better in Canada or something? I haven't seen a single other one here in the New England area since it came out. See a lot of Raptors, some ZR2s, but very few rangers in general and absolutely no Tremors. Interesting
Yeah tires will most certainly be overinflated. Mine were at like 46 cold on the lot, I believe the door said 39 but I keep them at 37, that's my sweet spot (note I have a tremor so non-tremor numbers will likely be different).
Keep us update on how this turns out. I may do the same thing at some point. Really my only complaint about the Lariat is the cluster, although I may still get used to it.
This sounds like lemon law territory to me. I feel for you man, I'd be so pissed. Only bought a new Ranger recently because my last car (chevy suburban) had constant ongoing transmission problems that were solved only by selling it. Dealing with issues like that is the absolute worst.
Couldn't you just remove your driver door step and leave the other 3 for the wife and kids? May look dumb but at least it won't be in your way any more...
