Beat me to it. I have it in my RV. It sits on a Ford E-350 chassis and it's definitely noticeable when enabled. Definitely should use it when towing just about anything with some heft to it.
Well, I sold my Tacoma to the very first person I mentioned it to. Wasn't planning on selling it until the Ranger was built.
My original plan was to also trade in my Mustang but now that I'm driving it all the time I'm not so sure that I want to part with it. Now looking at moving some money...
You would think that with the insane price tag on those ADD bumpers it would at least be rated to tow a vehicle that's essentially in neutral... I'm in no big hurry to get mine setup but would like to get it done by June. Hopefully, we have some options in a few months.
It certainly doesn't look like something most people in southern Alabama would drive. We have people here that drive large dually trucks simply to go get groceries...
I honestly had no idea it was built in Alabama either but I haven't really followed truck news the last few years. I'm guessing they don't sell to well in this area. I see plenty of Fords, Chevys, and Dodge trucks.
My salesman sent me an update text today. Mine is showing "in order processing." I asked about the 1/21 date and got "yes sir" back. I didn't ask for him to elaborate.
It took 8 days for mine to be approved. I put in the order on the 20th and received a text from my salesperson on the 28th showing that it was approved. I did ensure that my dealer understood how to submit it through the program. I got the sense that they didn't know the program existed.
No...
If anyone else is interested in flat towing their new Ranger behind their RV's and lives near Vancouver WA you could possibly get a free baseplate from Roadmaster. They need a Ranger to get measurements to build a new baseplate. It could save someone 400-600 dollars.
Info is here...
Garage-kept vehicles are the way to go if possible. My Mustang is a 2015 and I'm still on the original windshield wipers. The car looks practically new.
Before I bought my Mustang I measured out the garage. It's a side-entry garage and the pavement to the garage is wide enough for two cars. I...
Congrats! This would have been my color choice if we didn't already have the color on the Escape. My last few cars have all been some sort of blue. Love this color!
I plan to use the ones I bought for my Mustang. I don't like to use seat covers 100% of the time. They are thick and waterproof. Combining them with Weatherteck floor liners really protects the vehicle.

Unsure when this was updated but you can configure and purchase them now... Starting price is about 1950.00 and quickly jumps up over 3000.00 just by adding lights!
