Just got my truck back from the dealer with the new hpfp. First thing I've noticed is that my garage used to reek horribly of fuel after driving my truck and parking it, I now smell nothing of that sort. Good sign!

And those are some encouraging numbers to think about. We know for a fact that there are people on this forum who have run an oil analysis and come back with almost no fuel dilution, hopefully more good ones than bad ones.

I'm glad to hear that somebody here has a dealer willing to actually try to fix the problem! I think you should really try to press them to look at your high pressure fuel pump.

Wow! Looks like you have it just as bad as I do. The amsoil analysis I've used maxes out at 5%, so I figure in actuality we are about the same. Hopefully one of us can get this fixed and the other can replicate the solution.

I always have the start stop feature deactivated, and 99% of my driving is highway anyway. But that was definitely a thought I had as well.
