Yes, I have this issue as well on cold start. It sounds like the engine is roaring or some sort of fan is blowing really hard as you accelerate until the vehicle warms up. I have found if you let the vehicle idle for a minute before you drive it the sound is not there or doesn't last as long.

Well I'm off to test drive my vehicle after getting the TSB done. The dealer says the shudder is gone so we will see wish me luck! I will post results. If the shutter is still there I'm going to tell the dealer to shove the truck. Might cost me my deposit but I haven't signed shit yet...

I called Ford Customer Care and I asked them what if the TSB didn't fix the issue what would happen and they told me the dealer would contact the Ford Technical Service Line and keep trying to fix the vehicle until it was fixed.

Did the dealer tell you the shudder was still there before you picked it up? Also, don't give up on it! Keep pushing them to fix it...

I wonder if having a full tank of gas or not affects how often the shudder is felt? I would think with a full tank of gas versus an empty tank of gas you're going to have a slightly lowered vehicle due to the additional weight. Could this affect the angle of the drive line with this additional...
