I am also a satisfied Ranger owner. MPGs are exceeding EPA rating after 2k miles and I've posted supporting info under other threads. Just felt compelled to add my 2¢ in support of a vehicle I am very proud to own.

Smile gets bigger every mile I drive since April 12th. Towing only makes the smile worse. Only thing that makes me frown is if the wife asks "can I take your truck?" Ugh, park it in the last row where there are no other cars then I wait on pins and needles.

First change will be penzoil platinum full synthetic at 3500. Will use motorcraft filters and penzoil platinum every 5k

The basic sync screen does zoom despite not being a touch screen. No issues hitching up on my own.
