  1. Oil Catch Can. Yes or No?

Only people gaining anything from these catch cans are the people selling them. High performance race engine benefit yes.......Ford Ranger 2.3L no.
  2. Gap when Tailgate is Closed

I was wondering how to keep dust out of my bed of my truck
  3. Trucks are sketchy

Yup..... My old Mountaineer with AWD was the bomb. Icy, wet, gravel it didn't matter. Punch to gas and go. One of the many vehicles I wish I still had.
  4. Frozen Windshield Washer Fluid

The Rainex stuff is really good. You can almost drive with the wipers off with this stuff once your windshield gets coated a couple of times.
  5. Bye Bye Wiper De-Icer

    Gotta love the Lariats
  6. Should my console gear selector illuminate at night? 2020 Lariat

Mine lights up. I'll have to include this info when I sell it. I'm sure I'll get at least a $1 more for my truck. ......and what is it with people and their tailgate dampers? The thing weighs a couple of pounds at most you bunch of wimps.
  7. What are you guys towing?

    Boat
  8. Anyone else getting a lot of paint chips on their ranger?

Yup. I asked the service manager about it when I had the truck in for an oil change and he said it looks like it was from a weed wacker. Told him I don't remember the last time anybody ran a weed wacker in my driveway or any of the places I park. I think Ford needs to do something about this...
  9. F150 owner looking to switch! Need input

I traded a 2013 F-150 3.5 Screw with the 6.5 bed for my 2019 Ranger Lariet. DO NOT DO IT. DO NOT DO IT. DO NOT DO IT. DO NOT DO IT. DO NOT DO IT. DO NOT DO IT. The Ranger is a great vehicle but I REALLY miss the room I had in the back with the fold up seat. What Ford has done in the Ranger...
  10. Tail gate lock

I just walk to the passenger door and touch the handle. Has to be at least two steps shorter :like: Or I just use the key fob if I am really lazy.
  11. My Ranger is beat

They are great trucks. Especially when you use them as a truck and not a trophy
  12. Careful stepping in the rear bumper

Definately not door dings. Service guy at the dealership said it looks like a weed wacker was the cause. I know it wasn't because that side of my truck faces the side of the driveway where there is no weed wacker activity.
  13. Careful stepping in the rear bumper

So I guess the answer is cover the entire truck in Duraliner. I have no chips down low. They are up on the doors and fenders.
  14. Careful stepping in the rear bumper

Definately not as strong as my 2013 F-150. I mentioned to the dealer when I was getting my oil changed about the chips all over and he said it looked like it was from a weed wacker. Told him my 2013 never got a single chip and I took that truck through some nasty stuff. Got where I expected...
  15. This is the last time I take my truck to the dealer for service

Glad I have a decent dealership to do my service. If they were'nt, I would just find another one like I have in the past.
