Great work. You shouldn't need that cover if you have the CCM up in the grill. The cover is to protect from rocks and stuff when it's down low.

The performance tune doesn't extend your warranty, it just doesn't void your factory warranty.
The 3/36 warranty is for the tune and the tuner not the powertrain.

Where the issue would be with a tune (except the Ford Tune) is if you popped the engine and then quickly flashed it back to stock with the intent to commit fraud.
