Everyone is stating that they want the Ford Performance tune over other tunes because they understand the tune better than anyone and offer a warranty. Stands to reason that Ford Performance would not include the K&N unless they felt it was a quality filter that offers better performance. Just...
I am experiencing the same thing, mine is most pronounced at 70-75 mph. Feels like a tire and/or wheel is out of round. My tires have been road forced balanced two different times by tow companies and say the tires are good. Leads me to believe it's the Fox 2.0 leveling kit or something else...
Fx4 is an off-road package, shopping cart is not your typical off-road obstacle. Not sure Fx4 will off enough protection against the dreaded shopping cart. ?
Present wheels and tires have been balanced three times twice by installing shop and once by another shop. I believe balance is good, I too think I have a bad tire. Neither shop seems to think anything is wrong after re-balance of wheels and test ride.
Wheels do have the correct hub-centric...
I had the Fox 2.0 leveling kit installed and I love the stance and the ride for the most part. At highway speeds 65 mph and up, the truck seems to jiggle constantly (very slight but it's there and I can feel it). You obviously feel it but you can see it if you watch the passenger seat as it is...
This is normal, it's the cooling fan that your are hearing. Upon start-up of the Ranger the Cooling fan (which is engaged via a electric solenoid) is engaged for a certain amount of time or until the coolant reaches a certain temp (not sure which) and then it disengages. Not sure why Ford does...
At first when I seen this post I was thinking why? But after inserting the key multiple times and realizing how much the ignition moves around I got to looking at it and thought, maybe the ring will limit the sided to side movement. Ordered, installed and yes, it does limit the side to side...
Ordered through Ford Accessories web site the VKB3Z-2C006-A installed price was $474.82. When ordered through Ford Accessory site they ship it directly to the dealer and then notify you when it arrives to schedule the install. They did cry about it taking 4+ hours to install.
On Ford Accessories site it costs $125 (Installation) or so, if you go straight to the dealership and they have installed one before, they'll charge you for 4-5 hours of labor. Go here:

I believe that is more of a "headache Rack" than a "Roll Bar". Does not look like it is structurally strong enough or attached correctly to hold the vehicle upon a roll over event. Does look nice though.
After installing a 91 Otane tune from Torrie, my minor vibrations and what felt like transmission shuddering is gone. Everything is much smoother now. :like:
I used that exact product on two vehicles just yesterday. And wouldn't you know it, I drove one of them to work today and it rained on the way to work. Oh well, should clean up a like easier now.
That should buff out easily, if you do not have a buffer or you are not comfortable with doing it yourself, find a good detail shop and they can buff that out for you in minutes. And it should not cost much at all.
