Thanks for all the advice folks! Iām gonna get her smoke tested to make sure there arenāt any leaks then replace the purge valve if that doesnāt fix it. I find it a bit odd that the purge valve would fail very soon after putting the long range tank in but I have no idea how this crap works...
Long story short. I installed a long range tank on my 22 ranger tremor and now I'm getting a P04VFO Evap system error. Through trial by fire I am wanting to replace the quick disconnect fittings (pics attached) and cannot find a part number anywhere.
1) Pic 2 are the fuel lines from the tank...
At a bit of a loss for next steps. Pulled codes today and no hoses appear loose/disconnected. ā P04F0- system high load purge line āAā performance ā
Driving down the hwy at 60 having driven maybe 120 miles since LRT install and the check engine light came on. This should be fun to figure out and Iām 100% sure the dealer wonāt help given the aftermarket tank.
Have not pulled codes yet
Iām childless so planning to use part of that space for my 73L ARB fridge and tool storage. I have a canopy camper in the bed so all that space is used up.
Hey Folks,
hereās my predicament. Iām looking at getting the goose gear rear seat delete platform BUT it does not work with the factory B&O sub behind the rear seat.
I have no issues with audio quality but wondering if there is a way to relocate the speaker to a box or move the whole assembly? I
I knocked something loose trying to get the j nut piece in place where I drilled the hole. As for the rear brakes ford doesnāt sell individual parts so I had to pay for for an entire line assembly that runs from around the firewall back to the rear axle. Live and learn haha
I should have mentioned for step two I was only referring to disassembly of the rear of the tank near the fuel filled. On the front side you have two high pressure hoses to disconnect (green clip and red clip) and a large molded electrical connector).
Yeah I agree completely. Directions were terrible and be sure and take your time with the hole drill and bolt install on the front left. I had issues getting the little J nut installed and managed to disconnect a brake line. No wonder they didnāt cover that part in the video or instructions!
