also for scale, I'm at +20 offset and I barely poke. This is I think the lower minimum. I bet at +25mm I wouldn't have any poke at all, it's really close. Anything lower will result in poke - hence my +20mm pictured here
the above ones you posted at 0 offset will poke further, or the most...
3 things.
1. If you are offroading that often you might find it valuable to find some cheaper and stronger steel rims that won't break the bank while you figure out what offset/size to pick. Funny thing, the story has always been that aluminum rims are lighter, but my aluminum Fuel Shok 666...
Had a good few snow days
Little pre-winch spooling
Hard to tell from this pic but this is a real steep hill and that Audi was stuck inches from sliding into that fella on the right. Ended up winching him backwards into the lot the following day after another 12 inches of snow fell.
I contacted these folks. Said it was $700~800 for installation of a front camera and module to integrate with Sync3. Another $400 for adding blindspot cameras. But they did mention installation was done in the field and they'd install it while I was at work.
I may do it but I'll need to wait...
Sorry to hear that. Let me close the loop on this.
In the end I ditched the Raptor grille for something with a more even patterning. It helped immensely. You can see the ACC module dead center there. It still doesn't love corners, but I *think* it's getting better. I dunno. I'm told...
Wait, talk to me about this back seat. Is this something we can purchase and have put into existing models you think?
Edit: nevermind. I misread what you were saying. You're listing features you want. I'm 100% with you on the back seat especially. What a missed opportunity.
How certain of that RADAR/LIDAR tech are you? Not challenging, I just don't know. We theorized the ACC module measures backscatter from a laser shot from the sensor cluster in the windshield, but don't have any real idea. If you have a more solid understanding that helps me answer some other...
Hey all
I need to move the ACC module to make room for my winch. I'm did as instructed and it's effectively unfunctional and I don't know what to do.
The ACC unit is not happy. It does not maintain speed and distance anymore, keeps losing vehicles, keeps throwing errors telling me...
So I just got this put in an hour ago and yeah, it's having problems with the FORD emblem in the raptor grille. It sees cars, then it doesn't then it does, then it errors out saying the sensor is blocked.
It probably would be fine if it were even - like the grating on your grille or even the...
Okay check it out I figured easy way to do this. Take goooood wire snips like so, snip it like so, and voila off it comes.
Use a pair of pliers and pop it comes right off. What a PITA.
Hey all how TF do I remove the ACC module from the OEM bracket? Everything has been tool-safed.
I'm running out of daylight here if someone has an answer fast, most appreciated.
Reception is pretty good but you're right, not optimal. Like the rest, was fast and easy and clean enough until I can get things going more permanent. I have a Vagabond Drifter on build next month. You can Google it but it's a popup wedge camper. I'm waiting on that to do proper antenna...

I have ditch light brackets coming. Frankly I'll just scooch this over and prob leave it as-is.
Right now the radio is in the glove and I have a length of Cat5 dangled out of there and tucked into my console that I'm plugging the handset into. This weekend I'm wiring it in properly. If you've seen me about in the wiring part of the forum last few days asking questions, that's why.
