Finished the Protectant 303 on all plastic and rubber. Installed WeatherTech floor mats. Installed new Ranger steering wheel.

I am actually sending them to the case worker assigned to my case. I posted the phone number in an earlier post. This way you will have an open case that they will work to get problems resolved. My service bill even shows I was over 1/2 quart when I took it in.

I mailed my test kit back yesterday and my case is still open with Ford Customer Care so I can send them the results.

I have 2 engine cover studs and 2 nuts, dealer only sells them in a 4 pack of each. Cover only uses 2. Shipping will be approximately $4.00. Willing to let go for $12.00 and that will include shipping.

Just got home from the dealership. Spoke to the service manager and asked if he wanted to see my test results when they come back. He said if they are off in any way he wants to see them because he wants to get my truck repaired. I let him know that I am not the only one experiencing this...

At the dealership now. They say they can’t smell fuel it smells like oil to them. They stated that the oil is a little off color. They are changing the oil now. Had them pull me a sample so I will be sending it out to Blackstone as soon as my kit arrives that I have already ordered. 5579...

What really has me worried besides the heavy stench of gas is the fact that the oil doesn’t stick to the dipstick at all but drips off of it like water. I am at 5100 miles on the original oil. Hopefully will get some answers Monday afternoon when I take my truck in.

87 and when gas prices dropped I went to 91 for the past couple of months.

They just moved my appointment to Monday for drop off. I am planning to ask them to send the oil out for analysis and offer to pay for it. This way they can’t say I sent some random oil to have it checked.

Today I remote start my truck from the app. Get in and turn the key on and the radio displays this message “Disc Not Found”. I am shaking my head laughing, I don’t have a CD player so no shit there’s no disc found.
