I bought the Herculiner roll on kit from Lowe's. I did it on another truck years ago and never had issues with it, and I was brutal to the bed. It was time consuming, but I don't mind saving some money doing it myself.

Finally found the silver group! She's 2 weeks old yesterday. Not many mods, yet...tonneau cover and auto-stop eliminator. All the mod ideas in the forum is going to drive my wife crazy and thin my wallet!
