The single best thing I have done is to ditch the FX shocks and replace with the Bilstein 5100s, especially the rears. The fronts also get rid of the Ranger Rake a bit. On my 2019 I had the fronts to give a 1.8" lift, since I tow a bass boat a lot felt like that was a happy medium.
If you...
Just finished moving everything over from my 2019, and have a few new things coming. Thought I would share if anyone has in interest.
My 2019 was Lightning Blue, which I like better but the Velocity Blue us pretty nice as well, in bright sunshine it is right much lighter.
I will post the...
Where did you find the flag decal for the useless pass through window? I like that very much. I also have the tailgate letters but I did the Magnetic Gray over Black.
Did you replace the Ford badges or is that an overlay?

I love mine, it is very well built and the fabric looks better than the vinyl, but you can get either with the top(that is just my opinion). They are not cheap, but does give some security and I have not really had any water intrusion that I can see, but I would...
Mine has rails, but it also has a quick disconnect, just slide the handle on each side while in the rolled position and it comes right out, the rails stay behind. When ready just drop it back on the tracks, slide the handle to lock in and roll it back out.
Anything that is hard and secure will not be cheap. I have the Truxedo Sentry which is a roll cover with rigid aluminum slats and the canvas type cover versus vinyl. Have to open the tailgate to release and you cannot cut trough it to access the bed. I like it better than the in the bad...
I don't know if I would call that trying to rip people off, as a reseller they have no idea if the modifications were done professionally, and they will have to disclose those modifications to a new buyer. So more than likely they are factoring in the cost to remove what they can and replace...
I posted this in another thread, but Carvana just picked up my 2019, I got $32,268 for it in my bank account this morning. That is 4 grand more than I paid for the truck in November of 2019. I love the truck and I searched high and low for a replacement. Almost all the dealers are not...
Well my 2019 just rolled away on the Carvana chariot. $32,258 in my bank account. Just picked up my discounted 2021 for $33,600. I made $4,000 on my 2019, only extra cost will be window tint and an alignment on the 2021 when I install my Bilstein 5100s. Everything else I switched over or...
Well thanks to the overwhelming input from this forum, I have decided to switch them out and will try and sell the factory boards. If anyone is interested in Central NC, let me know.
Not sure that would change not having floor mat posts, or a holder for the owners manual in the glove box, just seems
My 2019 XLT did not have one, or 6 bed tie downs.
Thanks, sold my 2019 for $32,250 (87.26% of MSRP), bought the 2021 Out the Door for $33,681 (90.93% of MSRP). Net cost me $1,463, but it has more options. So I gained 2 years, reset 17,000 miles, and gained the 302A, running boards, FX2, and spray in bedliner. Could not be happier with the...
So I spent most of the afternoon getting all my accessories removed from my 201 and installing on my 2021. Things I noticed that were different:
1) The wheel arches are no longer painted but textured black plastic (not sure if this is model wide for the Sport or due to the FX2 package). I...
Well fortunately Carvana has not come to pick up my 2019 yet, so I switched them. Sorry for whoever eventually buys the vehicle from Carvana, one you will have overpaid, two you will not have the painted arches. Those buggers are a pain in the butt to get off, but it was worth it. A few other...
I just picked up my new XLT, it has the FX2 package, and apparently the wheel arches are the black plastic and not the magnetic gray painted like the standard Sport appearance package. Are these easily removed and replaced, would rather have the painted instead of the black plastic?
