Currently, I don't have 11.8v but have 12.6v since I ran it for a few minutes. But yes all buttons work like they should. I wonder if the fault I was getting from the driver door lock pid in forscan was possibly showing an intermittent ground?

Door lock switch. I have never been in the back so I never noticed the switch never worked until I tried every door switch again. Thanks to all for your help in my wild goose chase.

Mystery solved. Right rear door lock connector unplugged. Plugged In an works fine now. Must have been this way when I bought it and I never noticed it.

The same. As soon as I start truck it goes to charging and reads 14.2v. I am tempted to go get a new battery and reset bms and see if this works. I think k I read some other post that battery voltage is key. I think I also read that motorcraft batteries were junk. It is stamped 5/23. Put in in May.

So switch replacement and fuse pull did not fix the problem. Tried doing a bms reset with forscan and I get an error bms configuration is not available. Can do a reset from turn and brake with 4 battery flashes. Weird thing is bat voltage at plug in was 11.8v. Definitely not normal

I ordered a door switch yesterday from Ford. Arrives tomorrow, but in the meantime I will try the bms reset again along with pulling suggested fuses.

Self Test did not fix it. Here is a shot of what the PID looks like when I operate the switch.

None of the 4 switches work. At least nit until voltage is above or around 13v. I'll go try the bcm self test now.

No code it just says "fault."
