The most perplexing thing is that the "fix" in 23088 seems to be compressing the log files rather than rotating them / deleting them. Which will probably make the problem really unlikely, but it definitely doesn't solve the root cause of filling empty space with log files.

I updated to Sync 3.4 and my caller ID went away. Had to go into phone settings and re-enable contact downloads, that fixed it.

You can install it with everything they send you. If you don't want to put a vampire tap into the power cord, it's simpler to do it with an add-a-tap, which is what some people (including me) bought. They cost about $6 at your local auto parts store.

No that's not the reason for the code. If you recalibrate the speedometer using Hypertech, it changes the value in that field but does not throw the code because it also changes something else (though I don't know what).

I posted a few times about this same issue in this thread with very similar details. You've got yours wired to unfold on power up, mine is wired to unfold on unlock and we both have the same issue.

I'm a bit suspicious of that explanation from someone who's getting free / subsidized equipment for their truck due to their position as a writer for Outside. What you've said basically boils down to, "It's more expensive so it must be better."

To be super clear, it works flawlessly and never has this hiccup when locking/unlocking it triggers appropriately. When I remote start it, about 75% of the time it will only cycle the driver's mirror to unfolded. Doesn't seem to matter if I remote start it with the key fob or with the iPhone...
