I have this kit from Elliot Specialized Performance. Its worked out very well for me, and its hard to complain about anything at the price, that includes charge pipes.

Going to like a 285/70/17 will require crash bars, possibly wheel spacers if you want to stay on stock wheels. You might be able to get away with a 275/70/17 without any mods.
To clarify my stance on the Fox 2.0, I loved them when the truck was more or less stock. My gripes come with adding weight, as soon as I threw a canopy on my truck it was a lot easier to blow through my rear travel. New rear spring might help, and its on my list. But i think the Eibachs provide...
Truck usually lives in the garage, however its primarily been in the driveway since my garage door spring broke the day before our vacation a few weeks ago, and I just haven't gotten around to fixing it yet.
I'm running the same size but in a KO3 with a Fox 2.0 leveling kit, which should net the same result as your 1" assumed spacer lift. Can't say for sure if you'll need crash bars, as I'm running 30mm spacers and barely just needed them.
Another vote for the 1up racks, i got their super duty model which is not only rated for e-bikes but off road driving as well. Yeah they're spendy, but they're worth it. I'll be getting an expansion kit for mine in the next year or so to be able to carry 4 bikes on it.
Its more a convenience thing than anything else. You technically don't even need the sensors, i went about 3 years without them. That being said, now that I have them again I don't necessarily want to deal with not having them so my two cents would be to just get one thrown in the spare IF...
Fingers crossed its not too bad, but if there's any frame or drivetrain damage hopefully they'll just total it out... i wouldn't want it at that point personally
Depends where the plug is would be my guess.
I do know that with a blown intercooler pipe you might see 2 psi... that made freeway driving interesting haha
This is what I was looking for, thanks for the input. Yeah my wife has fibro so I'm typically stuck lugging the big things around, which usually includes a 52 qt cooler full of ice... so weight isn't a huge deterrent for me. But one with wheels would be sweet.
How much of a pain are these things to lug around? I'm contemplating one for road trips, since the cooler is kind of cumbersome and would be nice to not have everything be wet... It would either go in the back of my truck or our Explorer, but wouldn't live there full time.
