I really hated Sync3 so I tossed it out and replaced it with a Gen6 Linkswell unit. My only sacrifice was the overhead image of my parking sensors when I approached an object. I still have audible sensors but I can't see which sensor is closest to the obstacle.
*weird thing is,,, that image DOES appear when I'm in reverse*
I just bought the Wolfbox so the front cam will show me I what I'm about to smash into. I chose the dash mount to fit in the 'taco warming tray' because I don't want to cover the factory mirror. Also, I don't want to sacrifice power supply to my Cobra SC220C Dash Cam. I will be having a bit of a "tech overload" in my interior but,,, I should have every imaginable option at my fingertips.
As far as front camera mounting is concerned,,, I'm tossing around 3 ideas.
1) Stick it to the bottom of the front license plate bracket. OR,,,
2) Purchase an extra Rear License Plate Mounting Bracket from Wolfbox to use on the front.
3) Mount it to my Grill.
