Hello all,

Because, why not? Here is a pic of my Ranger with these boards installed.

Trying to decide if I will keep her or not. I'm basically an almost 50 year old man child, and have the itch. RR or one of the new V6's. I could pay most of the cost of a RR with less than 20 financed, but seems financially silly, on the other hand... you only live once. (supposedly). Just paid off the 20'

If I keep her, Currently looking at https://www.americantrucks.com/awe-...-diamond-black-tips-rear-exit-3015-23064.html and some Weathertech mats, Ford Perf tune, which it may already have as it seems quick with my wheel size. Not sure as I bought it used, and other stuff. but....

RR is stupid tempting, and the insurance increase is negligible.

Interested in thoughts.

Stage3motorsports I think has that exhaust for $50 cheaper and free shipping ?.

Pretty sure I replied to a similar comment you posted in a different thread.

What about doing the wide body on your truck?
You’re in a tough position ?.
It’s paid off so you can finally focus on making your ranger look like Your Ranger…

Personally I won’t be trading my 5G for a RR.. I’d just get the RR as well.
But I make bad financial decisions ?.

I Like the 19' to 23' front end better, not a fan of the new front end but it's not terrible.

If I pulled the trigger, the 20' would be sold or traded. The more I think about it the more foolish it sounds. I work a ton, so there would be infrequent off-roading, it would be just a fun distraction and the occasional fun. She sure sounds nice though...and after the FP tune...dang.

I could have two of my truck for one Ranger Raptor.

Sitting in traffic in a Ranger Raptor IS much more comfortable tho ?…

My truck in 23’ was 58K and the RR at the dealer I TD’d sticker was 61.5K… so like I said (in a different thread) if those two were side by side at the time I got my 23’ XLT Tremor… well I’d have never experienced the Ranger Tremor 5G (other than a test drive)… 5G (especially with the wide body kit, long travel, relentless fab front bumper, and properly fitted wheel/tire package.) it looks great but the RR would’ve got the ford store my money. But it’ll never look as good…..
…
Unless..
It looks like this.

Biggest selling point for your '20 is that its paid off... that leaves a lot of money for upgrades! Another exhaust i'd look at is the Thermal R&D kits, they're a fair bit cheaper than the AWE ones and also have zero drone in the cab (I have one, its fantastic). Husky makes great mats too, again fair bit cheaper than the weathertech.

I have the Ford tune, and its solid but it does leave me wanting a little more... I'll probably go custom in the near future with a downpipe to get the most out of what I've got.

I will check all of that out, thank you brother . I am looking at doing a fair number of upgrades.

1) Exhaust
2) Suspension
3) Tune
4) Mats
5) Intercooler/piping?
6) Downpipe
7) Maybe different wheel/tire set up

Open to suggestions for any and all.

Thinking of about 5-7k should doll her up right
