Loose front grill?

Rrecently purchased a 2020 XLT, and noticed a rattling sound driving with the windows down. I believe it's coming from the front grill. I found I can slightly move the grill back and forth as it appears to be loose at the bottom (see vid clip)

I assume this is not normal, but is there a missing screw or fastener I should look for? How much of a PITA will it be to access?

The bottom of the grill has plastic clips along the bottom of it, someone probably had it off at some point. (They BREAK easily)

There are various videos on Headlamp removal that cover removing the grill, so watch the first few minutes of the video and it will show you how to access the bottom clips.
Now the only way to fix it - is to replace the grill (New Clips) or see if you can find something to wedge into the broken clips (to stop the play)
Example: Home Window Trim - Gasket/Seal or Similar

But to be honest, I do not think the movement (in the video) would be enough for you to hear it driving down the road.
So, you MAY try getting some painters tape and secure the grill and then take it for a drive to see if it makes a difference.

Thanks again for your response and thank you for suggesting it might not be the grille. Taking your advice, I took a peek under the truck (partially because I think I am going to remove the tow hooks, media blast them and repaint them) and discovered the two rear bolts holding on the splash plate are MIA. So that splash plate has got to be my obvious culprit!

Now to just figure out what size bolts and make a quick trip to the parts store or ACE.
