Can’t Seem To Upload Pictures

Not sure what I’m doing wrong, but I’m not able to upload and post pictures. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

When you type your reply click the "Upload a File" tab next to the post reply tab. Wait until the picture gets to 100% uploaded before you click the "Post Reply" tab.

What are doing exactly? I upload by first hosting my images at Imgur.com. From there, click on the picture and the image pops up, right click on it and select copy image address. Go back to forum and click on the icon right of smiley face then paste the address there. Hit enter.
