I dropped my ranger off on November 16th 2020 to get some repairs done from a disagreement with a deer (see prior posts). In total right around $7k in damages with an estimated repair time of 2 weeks.
Flash forward 2 months and I am still receiving futher delays due to backordered parts and an apparent shutdown from Ford in producing parts.
This has further soured my liking of ford not really due to the issues with parts but more the fact that Ford corporate has done zero to make right on issues that are there problem.
I have been in contact with ford customer support several times only to be given a phone number to the dealers service manager (which happens to be my dad LOL). This sort of hurts my chances in being able to raise hell at the service department level.
Anyways is anyone else facing this problem?
If so have you had any luck dealing with Ford in any capacity?
