December 21st was the Friday before Christmas week, when the plant was idle. We didn't see any trucks get delivered in the Midwest until December 31st, so presumably that was the real date they started shipping.

If it was lightning blue I would drive it off the lot today but alas it's black. This just a photo my dealer sent me to know it was here. Later today or early tomorrow I will be taking it for an hour to drive around town and get a sense of it. After that I'll either order one or see if there is a blue coming soon. I'll probably just order though. When I go I will take a picture of the oil filter flap and see how difficult it may actually be to change and replace.
