You should check out the offerings from alpharex before shelling out that kind of cash. I just picked up their luxx series LEDs and they're great

You would have better luck looking on eBay or the online junkyard listings. I looked months ago and they’re still pretty expensive even out of wrecks with broken tabs!

Justin post is spot on. The Alpharex lights are about the same money for new that you would be paying for used factory assemblies

Can you show me some photos? Also why did you choose Luxx over Nova (the site literally says nothing about light output specs)? Do you think the material for the lens is durable? I was considering the pros, but just don't want to spend that kind of scratch and put aftermarket LED's inside of them, also really dont' want to have too much hassle.

AlphaRexx is DOT approved. The quality of the housings and lenses will be similar to that of OEM headlights. Install is incredibly easy - they are plug and play. The only additional wiring comes if you want to have the LED daytime running light (DRL). If you do, its an extra 30 mins max and a fuse tap.

You can get the LUXX for $860 for the pair and they come with LEDs build in. The difference between the NOVA and LUXX is the number of projectors. The NOVA will throw a bit more light. You would have a massive upgrade over stock if you switched to the LUXX.
