Utah WTS: Westin HDX Stainless Drop Step Bars (Crew Cab)

Here's the backstory:
These steps are less than a year old. I'm not a huge fan of ANY steps at all.... I like a nice clean look. However, when I watched my Wife & Stepmother attempt to get in the truck, in their church dresses.... I knew I had to get something quick!

I wanted the AMP Research PowerSteps as they retracted and would be the most "unnoticeable". But they were not available at the time and it was going to be months before they were released.

So I went with the Westin HDX Stainless Drop Steps and had them powder coated to match the Magnetic Sport Trim.

Here is how they looked on the truck:

When the AMP Research PowerSteps finally became available, I purchased & installed them and now would like to sell the Westin's.

Hey Andrew.... They were great on the truck! I loved them, just love the AMP Research Steps better.

As I've said on the other threads, I'm not a fan of side steps at all. I got the Westin's because the AMP's were not initially available when I first got my truck. When the AMP's became available, I swapped them out.

As you know, the Westin's come from the factory in a textured black powder coating. I wanted to make them "blend in" a bit more, so I had them powder coated to match the Magnetic/Sport trim. And I thought the Magnetic color was better with the Saber color as well.

Also, I thought the brushed stainless step plate nicely complimented the polished stainless tips on my MagnaFlow exhaust.

In the end, I'd prefer no side steps and the AMP PowerSteps are the closest to not having a visible step in my opinion.

As for your truck..... and at the risk of sounding like a salesman..... I think the Magnetic/Sport color of these steps would look GREAT on your white FX2! The grey color of the trim is better than the harsh black on a white truck.... IMHO.

As for the shipping.... I kept all the packaging from my AMP PowerSteps. I could pack and box them to ship. I'd be willing to split the shipping cost and deduct from the $400. For example, let's say the UPS is $100? I'd then deduct $50 from the $400 price = $350

So the total price "landed in Dallas via UPS Ground" = $450 ($350 + $100 shipping)

Is that fair?

Hi, I just saw this ---sorry for the slow answer ive been at work. I already ordered a set of the n fabs the wife did not like the square looking tubes so I got the podium ones coming, they're supposed to be here today......... to bad, that woulda saved me about a hundred bucks.
