Here's a piece tape with overspray against the magnetic Grey. No not exact but it might look better than black bedliner at times. This stuff is tentacle. There white color is said to be an exact match of a GM white used on there trucks.

Finished up on a front and rear platform, NO drilling or screws into the boat. Took my time using foam board and scrap wood to make the final designs. Used marine adhesive sealant, stainless steel hardware, screws etc and water proof exterior wood glue.

The front of the boat came with 2 oversized rod holders molded into the boat. I had some leftover laminated beam from our remodel that was the perfect thickness to fit in. Used some carving and sanding tools and rounded off the back edge until it fit snuggly into each holder, then a cross piece. Cut plywood to fit over that and it sits on and in the seat rails. The seats still go all the way for and aft. After I had it to size I cut out an access lid/door on each one and then pad and carpeted each.

The only 2 holes I have put in the boat had nothing to.do with these mods, one is a scupper floor drain and the other is a fold flat front ring to attach to the trailer, I drilled thru and then used a threaded rivet on the inside and screwed the front ring thru it. This takes up some space for the trolling motor but that was planned. I used threaded T nuts on the bottom of the front deck and threaded bolts into them. I bought a 12 volt winch mounting plate at HF cheap, already bent and powder coated with slots milled in. I screwed treated 2x4 material on the front then sprayed it with bed liner. The trolling motor mounts to this setup.

I ordered kayak t tracks online and have an assortment of accessories, a loop to secure fishing poles, cup holders, cam anchor line Clamps and a recessed tie down these will all attach to the T tracks.

I also added 4 recessed rod holders, I cut an oval on each mounting location so the Angled holder can seat fully then screwed them down

On the aft platform I used leftover 2" sched 40 pipe and added flat end test caps at each end.i screwed one top to the bottom of the platform and the put it together, they both rest on 2 molded in flat recessed spots, I put aggressive anti skid tape on the boat points and the whole thing fits tightly in place but both platforms come completely out without tools.

Also used black abs pipe to put 3 rod storage spots on each side. Each has a hinged cover, the reel ends will have a strap across them.

I wasn't worried about voiding a warranty on the boat as it doesn't transfer with ownership , just don't want leaks. The boat has a 600lb capacity so I went as strong as I could make it but lightweight.

Now I can use the T tracks to also mount my go pro, a depth finder etc plus I can screw lights onto the platforms later on.

Normally I'd say a hole in the water where you throw your money. But that looks rather mild. ? Is there a place for a damper, at a minimum it needs that and a 5G sticker. ??
I may try to rig up a damper when I buy a gas motor lol
