This replaces your oil cap on modern Ford engines with a one-way check valve that allows crankcase pressures in turbocharged vehicles to escape allowing the pumping forces of the engine to be more efficient (ie rev faster) and reduce stress on sealing components (ie rear main seal). $35 shipped OBO in the lower 48 or local pickup.
