I recently recently relocated to another state, and the move further exacerbated my need for some sort of bed cover. Rather than remove my chase rack, or order the specific tonneau that Ford Performance offers alongside it, I decided to take Puddin’ to a local truck accessory spot and see what they could do.
The dudes there hooked it up big time! They custom installed the TruXedo Lo-Pro to fit. They also got it done quickly, within 2 days of stopping in. If you are located in the Metro-Detroit area, the fellas at Nitro Truck in Waterford, MI are the bomb. Below are some pics to show how sleak it all looks.
1.) Due to the mounting points of the rack, the cover has to be angled slightly as you roll it up, in order to get the roll between each side.
2.) It stays pretty damn taught, with minimal flutter at high speeds.
3.) It keeps the bed pretty dry with the leaky bits due, of course, to the gappy build of the bed.
Hopefully this helps someone lookin for a similar set-up <3
