Hello everyone, first post for me lol. I drive a 2019 Ranger Lariat 2wd. Currently have 2.5 inch Rough Country level kit installed and want to get biggest tires possible without messing with crash bars or purchasing any other equipment. I have 18 inch stock wheels that I plan on keeping on the truck. Was looking at 275/70/18 but not sure they will clear. Any advice or recommendations? Thanks in advance

Welcome to the site, Matt!

For no modifications to the crush bars, 255/70R18 and 265/65R-18 are popular options when combined with the O.E. wheels.

I want to run the exact same set-up, curious to see what you go with.

I put Nitto Ridge Grapplers on mine. 2.5” leveling kit. Mine are on 17” rims but I have zero rub. A 18” similar size will fit.
LT255 /80 R17. Zero rub at full lock forward or reverse. The tires measure 33” tall and 10” wide. This link is pretty good for figuring out actual deminsions.

HTX, great site. I’ve been using it throughout this process. Looks like 275/70/18 are 33.2, and I’ve seen a lot of posts with people being able to squeeze in that size without rub. Do you think those will clear? Also adding 1.25 Bora spacer

I am not sure. I did not mess with any spacers because I just don't like them and for my application they were not needed. Personal preference. So I have not done any research about using them.

I leveled my truck with Fox 2.0 coilovers. Then I changed out the tires to BFG K02 LT265/65r18. I’ve had no rubbing while off roading. The BFG K02 has a much better look to them than the stock tires.

Those look great. Do you think I could get away with 285/65/18? About the same height

Will 275/65/r18 not fit? I was under the impression it would—without crash bar modification—with a leveling kit.

On paper it's grey area. Much like shoe brands, tires can run larger or smaller even in the same size.

Take a look at post #9 and #11, OP didn't run into any issues with the factory wheels.

Very nice. Have you taken it off road to see if there is any rubbing?

I have BFG K02 265/65r18 with no issues.
