Pure Sirius reception with camper mounted, thoughts on improvement

I thought maybe moving to the front as it is down under, this way it I only have to deal with head liner and drill new hole and plus the rear one.
Another way is to get to the back of the radio unplug the stock unit, mount a after market unto replace it.
Is there a booster of some kind that would be a plug and play.

It may be simpler to buy a 2nd Universal Sirius antenna and plug it into the APIM, it looks like the antenna cable is split at the APIM

Thanks, $$$$. Have to careful that unit. any replacement would need to be both AM/FM and sirius with a ford plug.

If you have the unlimted hotspot or a large data allotment on your phone plan and the SiriusXM app on your iphone or android. You can use the SiriusXM app on your phone to stream it through Carplay or Android Auto.

That's what we have been doing, Thanks for all the info, the high tech electrics is above my pay grade. Relocating what is there may be the best looking at the wire layout, but I'll but it on the "maybe some day list"

Those manuals were helpful. The antenna is part of the trucks harness but the Sirius unplugs separates from the back of the info center with access from the glove box. Replaced with a two piece kit from Amazon $30. Happy with my results. Thanks

Took awhile to build the courage tote at into the dash of my new truck. Bought two antennas one for GPS one for Sirius radio. All’s well, no sparks or broken clips.
