Lots of photos are posted here and I suspect most were taken with a cell phone. You can get very good picks with them but they have their limitations.
If you don’t have the free ap “Snapseed” get it. It’s produced by Google and is free. To say it’s fantastic is an understatement. There are so many corrections and embellishments it can make. Learning curve is short.
I particularly like the HDR feature. Say you take a photo and the sun is behind the subject. The HDR feature can recapture the blown out subject.
