Hello guys. I have to buy new front parking sensor brackets. As I know there are 2 inner, 2 outer brackets. Do they have different size or shape or I can buy just 4 brackets. Also I have new parking sensors. Do they need some calibration or they will fit directly?

Per the Ford Parts diagrams:
There are 4ea - Bracket Retainers all have different part numbers for Left / Right (outer & inner)
There are 4ea - Brackets - all have different part numbers
So, for hardware - you need (8-Total) part numbers
The Park Sensors are all the same part number for the (Front)

As far as install there is not a calibration procedure, but these are 2 tests that can be done with a scan tool, and they are - AZIMUTH and ELEVATION system tests.
This is basically viewing the Park Sensor PID data with the scan tool and placing a object in specific locations in front of the sensors to test their capability and accuracy of detecting an object and sending the alert and indication - so nothing that would stop them from working, as long as the truck already had them installed, if this is a upgrade to get the front parking sensors then there is a bit more involved things that need done.

So, I assume an accident took out the bumper and this is a self-repair outside of insurance or an upgrade mod.

I think the rear of the brackets are the same, the fronts are all different and clock the sensors at different angles on the bumper.

It's been a year since I made them work on my FP bumper. I remember the front part of the bracket/bezel that covers the hole all being keyed differently.

I seem to recall them all sliding into the rear of the bracket that holds them against the inside of the bumper the same way. I would bet each one is a unit front and back, I think we found the part numbers in another thread.
