Livernois MyCalibrator Tuner. You'll need to have Livernois transfer the device to your vin which I think they were charging $300 for last I checked. Traded my Ranger in for an F150, and Livernois doesn't offer a tune for it yet. ?

$100 plus shipping, or local pickup in the Detroit area.
