As you might have guessed this was during Covid. The mask and Clorox might be a clue. This guy hung around till almost Christmas. Even put his Santa cap on.

My dad wouldn't help my oldest sister buy her 1st car so for about $50 she bought a 70s model VW bug that had been crashed and rolled at least once, it looked like a pop can that got crunched and pulled back together to vaguely resemble what it originally was. Doors wouldn't latch so she had a thin rope tied between the screwed on door handles. Guys at H.S. used to pick it up and move around the school lot. When Dad saw her giving me a ride in it he made her sell it and he finally helped her buy something else.

I'm not sure he had a favorite except himself, I'm sure he was seeing liability issues at that point. My oldest sister was 10 years older than me and her and dad butt heads constantly.
