Got the tesla head unit to work.. finally. and it is nice.

Hi there. I have the same problem with my unit. A/c command doesn't work and my model has a b&q factory sound system with amplifier. The unit is giving sount only on dashboard speakers. Can anybody help with this?

I got 4 units from Alibaba and after 3 months of haggling with the sales guy - he finally gave me something that resolved the no-climate fan issue - now it all
works and no more hunting in the dark for the clamte controls, wireless bluetooth, 4G cell, wifi, and hotspot.

Since this pic was taken, I swapped out the shiny trim that came with it for the original - just needed to carefully cut and shape just a bit. The sound is great and the sound shaping with the eq, speed modes, and such really customize the sounds.

now need to plug in my 3d cameras and install my lariet seats.

Can you please tel me what you did?
