Hello All,

I am noticing some engine hesitation right around the 3000rpm range. I could be wrong it just feel likes it, when I push the pedal in it feels like the engine is hesitating at this rpm range. No check engine lights. Im wondering if it could also be the fact that I have the FX4 and when im really hammering the engine Im feeling all the bumps from the drive train. Im taking it to the dealer this weekend to get the first oil change to get the factory oil out after engine breakin and switching over to FS Quaker state. Currently at 1200miles.

Without dropping it off for a day or so is there anything specific I can tell the dealer to do/check for? I feel like I give it gas and it wants to boost, to be honest if feels as if you were taking your foot off the gas and then giving it gas again (but with the gas pedal pressed in). Best way I can explain it. I also feel a slight little shake coming from the cab when the engine is idling even when warm. Anyone else experienced this?

Thanks.

Interesting, a couple weeks ago I seemed to have felt the same thing. I pressed the gas and it wasn’t doing anything then it would move forward or accelerate did it a bit on and off a few times. I hammered it a few times in sport mode to see how it would react and I haven’t felt it since. I do get the feeling you’re describing though . Hope it stays away.
