Bed Liner Adhesive

I have some stick on lights I want to mount on the sides of the bed by the tailgate.
Problem is the mounting tape doesn't stick to the factory sprayed in bed liner.
Need an idea on mounting them.

You can try this toll tag tape. It comes in small strips or this roll.
I have this roll and it comes in handy.
