Well, hard to say. As far as hard costs you'll be in for: (Just guessing at dealer prices here)

~8qts of ULV ($8-12/qt)
Filter ($30)
Filter Grommet (Ford says this is reusable, but its a $2 part, just replace it)

So, around $100-150 in parts.

Shouldn't take more than an hour of labor, although I don't know what the 'book rate' is.

The gasket is usually reusable, but if not, it is a pricey beast at around $50.

In a reasonable world, I would say $200-250 would be fair for them to do it, but we all know that dealers are all over the map when it comes to these things.

The reason I asked is my dealer said they only drain and refill the fluid for $160. I told the service rep I wanted a filter change and she had no idea.

That's not terrible for a D&F.

Depending on the miles, that might be a good choice. I think the filter can reasonably go 50-60K before you'd need to change it, so if you're around 30K then a D&F would be a good option.

Price will jump though, since to do a D&F you can just suck the fluid out, which is what many of us do, or have done. Now I have the PPE pan so I have a drain plug.

Thanks everyone for the replies. I have a 2019 Ranger I bought new and now has 42k miles. Mostly city stop and go with monthly highway drives usually around 100 to 150 miles round trip.

Yea, if I were at that mileage I would be looking to change the filter as well. Might as well knock it all out at the same time. Then I'd say you'd be good to 100k with maybe another D&F or two before then.
